When Robots Attack
This summer marks the 17th anniversary of my first time hosting an "on-air" interview, and it's still one of my favorite parts of the job.
One of the reasons why is exemplified in this clip from my interview with Ellice Perez at Google's Waymo subsidiary this week--you never know what's going to happen in a live interview. That can be good, it can be bad, or it can be hilarious.
Case in point, when your interviewee is interrupted mid-thought by a Google robot wandering through her conference room. I'm awed that I lived to see such an era. What a time to be alive.
Watch for the new episode of the AEM Thinking Forward Podcast. It comes out next week.
